Congratulations to our 2022 District Art Competition Winner - Modesta Wellborn from Trinity School of Midland. Her watercolor painting "Traverse the Plains" depicts a peaceful longhorn along a fence line - a symbol of our great state!All of the entries were exceptionally creative, with many of the pieces highlighting the beauty and abundant natural resources of our great
