Interacting with Eastern Mirror, Jailer, District Jail Kohima, Teisi Thou, expressed happiness that an organisation like Hindu Society could reach out to the prisoners on a momentous occasion which, he said, is a “rare moment” for them. Terming the visitation as a “refreshing” moment for the inmates, Thou informed that there are convicts from different communities and races in the district jail.
