The Supreme Court on Monday issued notice to Bihar Government and others on slained IAS officer G Krishnaiah s wife Uma Krishnaiah plea challenging premature release of former MP Anand Mohan who was serving life term in the 1994 murder case of then Gopalganj district magistrate G Krishnaiah.
