Williams. Beth was sworn in as assistant attorney general on august 21st, 2017, after unanimous confirmation by the United States senate. As a assistant attorney general for the office of legal policy, she served as the primary policy adviser to the United States attorney general and the Deputy Attorney general. And as the chief regulatory officer here at the department. Con temporary to contrary to what mentioned earlier about the United States, outside this country, internationally, particularly in the large Human Trafficking concentrated areas, like the asiapacific region, the focus needs to be more on restoration, rescue as well, but there seems to be perhaps lack of focused efforts in helping these individuals have a focus and purpose in life and bringing them back to a normal life, which is extremely critical, and so our focus in the International Sector is from the restoration perspective. We touch many communities, many institutions, many healthcare providers, so as an organization, we understand the unique opportunity we have in this space. In france, i had two uncles in world war ii. My dad served in the navy on my wifes side, her brothers served in vietnam. I learned much from them. It is really the vietnam side that opened my eyes in the late 70s and early 80s because by that time the time i was old enough to absorb things as a young teenager, the family members on my side were well beyond their service. I dont remember my grandfather ever talking about world war i. I dont remember my uncle talking about world war ii until i started doing this work in the and then i would take him everywhere and give him talk. He would spend memorial day at the concert. In an interview with an Australian News station danleys sister said paddock sent her there two weeks before the shooting. They speculate the last minute trip is so she wouldnt interfere with paddocks plans. He sent her away. She was going to the philippines. He said i found you a cheap ticket to the philippines. Reporter investigators say danley is a person of interest in the case and hopefully could answer questions about paddocks motive and his stockpile of weapons. She is being represented by a criminal defense lawyer. Today fbi agents were visible through the smashed window of Paddocks Hotel room at the mandalay bay resort. Police found his body there along with nearly two dozen weapons and ammo. Photos inside and outside his suite show some of the firearms and tripods and scopes. Investigators say paddock purchased 33 weapons in the last year including on thursday, the day he checked into the hotel.
