Anacortes police are searching for a man considered a person of interest in the death of a 41-year-old Anacortes woman found stabbed to death in her home Tuesday afternoon.
Laynee Westbrook would have celebrated her 45th birthday last Wednesday. Her family hasn't given up hope on finding her, three years after her disappearance.
