Noyes Nursing Director honored with Leadership Award Derowitsch heads Noyes’ Medical Surgery in-patient nursing staff and supervises the continuing clinical education programs Staff reports DANSVILLE UR Medicine | Noyes Health administration presented Patricia Derowitsch RN, BSN, Director of Noyes’ Acute Care, Nursing Education and Community Outreach programs, with the DAISY Nurse Leader Award. Derowitsch heads Noyes’ Medical Surgery in-patient nursing staff and supervises the continuing clinical education programs. “Patty received so many nominations from her staff and her peers which mentioned the respect she shows to all, and for the understanding, encouragement and patience she demonstrates – particularly in these challenging times,” says Tammy West, RN, Noyes’ Chief Nursing Officer. “Patty deserves this recognition, and our thanks.”
