A Mount Lebanon woman is accused of neglecting her 76-year-old mother.
Amy Maldonado, 52, is charged with aggravated assault and neglect of care of a dependent person. Sign up for our Newsletters
Police said they were called to a home on Dan Drive in Mount Lebanon on Friday to check on the wellbeing of Maldonado’s mother.
Police said they found Maldonado’s mother naked on the floor, covered in filth and not moving.
The mother was taken to the hospital.
Maldonado was taken into police custody.

Human smugglers are increasingly turning to the social media giant Facebook to fuel false hopes in migrants about immigrating to the U.S.
