Amy is an expert in Sustainable Food production and vegan cooking. She is cofounder of a company that prepares vegan plantbased food. She contributes monthly to vegan lifestyle magazine, ands she is the coauthor of rethink food 100plus doctors cant be wrong. And, most recently, the meat tie truth why our food is destroying our health and environment and who is responsible. So considering the title of the book, Greg Brockman is the perfect person to discuss her new work with her. He is the lead butcher at foragers. Hes been working there since 2011. Foragers has locations in dumbo and chelsea that focuses on providing new yorkers with produce, milk and dairy.
