The Sandra Feinstein-Gamm Theatre announced that Amy Gravell will be leaving the organization after almost 4 years and three seasons effective this June. Gravell will continue to lead the theater’s operations until that time, after which she will assume her new role as president of St. Mary Academy – Bay View in Riverside, R.I. Gravell is a proud alumna of the all-female, independent Catholic school serving pre-school through grade 12.
The Board of Trustees at St. Mary Academy – Bay View on Thursday announced that it has named Amy Gravell – who has long-standing experience in nonprofit leadership and development – to be the Academy’s 4th president.
Rhode Island College (RIC), the Rhode Island College Foundation, the Rhode Island Foundation and the Rhode Island Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP-RI) have partnered to create a Fundraising Apprenticeship Specialization through the Certificate of Graduate Studies program at the School of Social Work (SSW). The specialization is intended to develop a pipeline of diverse fundraising professionals. The Rhode Island Foundation awarded a $50,000 grant to fund the pilot program.
