This morning the white house and the fbi are engaged in an unusually public and escalating clash over the release of a classified memo. The republican written memo is critical of the fbis handling of the russia investigation. Late last night the top democrat on the House Intelligence Committee charged the vote to release the memo was invalid because the dont had been secretly altered after the vote by the republicans who wrote it.
