Michigan, early on after the Supreme Court decision said something to me that i just thought was crazy. He said, you know, this the court taking away the expansion from being mandatory and making it a state choice is going to end up being positive, because states that do the expansion are going to go through a process and embrace it as opposed to just doing it because they have to.
