New York State has not released data about the percent of positive tests in any of the micro-cluster color zones since Sunday.
Without that data, it s hard to know if any of the zones are doing better or worse and whether restrictions could be lifted or added.
That also leaves a lot of business owners in limbo, especially those who were forced to close.
Earlier this week, 2 On Your Side spoke with business owners frustrated that their businesses closed under Orange Zone restrictions.

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) â When portions of Erie County were named orange zones two weeks ago, personal care businesses like salons and barbers, and fitness centers were the first to be shut down.
They havenât been open since.
âWe have so many protocols on the gyms and salons that theyâre not the super spreaders,â Cuomo said in a press conference Monday.
After the governor made those comments, gym and salon owners were hopeful Wednesday would bring some re-opening news. None such news came.
