Police tell me a man was crossing this busy section of van ness avenue when he was struck and killed by a driver that had no time to react. This was the scene of an accident of a man crossing van ness after 7 00 p. M. San Francisco Police with the Collision Investigation Unit tell abc news the victim was a 38yearold man. Witnesses told investigators the vehicle tim had been in some sort of verbal altercation with another man earlier. But police tell us they do not believe that played a role in the victims death.
