The state of Sangara Primary School in the Ningi Local Government Area of Bauchi State has become so terrible that pupils learn while sitting on the bare floor in the school. SaharaReporters observed that the school building has no roof or windows, so pupils are at the mercy of harsh weather elements. It was further gathered that the school has a population of about 600 pupils who languish under the scourge of sun and rain as they struggle to stay in school and get basic education, which is their constitutional right.
