The Carson City Library dedicated its first retirement bin Sunday as part of an 8-year-old student s state project. The bin is the first of three coming to Carson City, all of which are sponsored by Children of the American Revolution Fort Churchill Society and Daughters of the American Revolution Battle Born Chapter.
