He explains the nature of treaty making and the rituals and artifacts that help bind treaties between native americans and the federal government. We thought maybe 2 or 3 inches in the higher totals but there were 5 and a half inch totals in extreme spt mayor yess st. Marys county. Up in frederick, lynn only had about an inch there. That was the range. When you looked at frederick, montgomery county, d. C. , we had an inch or so you go south lusby, four to five inches and the five and a half inch total was in the ridge area there in st. Marys county. And in prince frederick, had an inch and a half.
