Steve and Elizabeth Alves were born in the United States, but Azorean-style Carnaval (Mardi Gras) runs deep in the veins of this Attleboro couple. On Feb. 26 and 27, they will bring their Carnaval dance to 5 Portuguese-American associations in Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
