Monger Gold (ASX: MMG) has completed the $2 million acquisition of American Consolidated Lithium, which holds the rights to acquire the Scotty lithium project in southern Nevada.
Monger Gold Limited (ASX:MMG) is pleased to confirm that it has now completed the acquisition of 80% of the fully paid ordinary shares and options in the capital of American Consolidated Lithium (ACL) as approved by shareholders on 31 May 2022.
On 3 May 2022 Monger Gold Ltd (ASX:MMG) announced that it had entered into a binding agreement (Acquisition Agreement) to acquire up to 100% of the shares and options in American Consolidated Lithium Pty Ltd.
