( ABC or the Company ) announced today the results of its previously-announced cash tender offer (the Tender Offer ) to purchase any and all of the $600 million aggregate principal amount of 5.875% Senior Notes due 2026 (the 2026 Notes ). The terms and conditions of the Tender Offer, which expired at 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on Monday, May 3, 2021 (the Expiration Time ), are described in the Offer to Purchase, dated April 27, 2021, and the related Notice of Guaranteed Delivery (collectively, the Tender Offer Documents ).
