For the first time, the Professional Bull Riding league will help kick off Buc Days with a two-day event starting Friday night.
The Buc Days PBR Chute Out is set to start at 7:30 p.m. on April 30 and May 1 at the American Bank Center.
PBR General Manager Robert Simpson said the league had been hoping to plan this exciting rodeo event alongside Buc Days for quite some time. We ve been working on this partnership for about six or seven months now so we just can t wait to get there, Simpson said. Corpus Christi is always a target for us. To be able to partner and actually kick off the festival is a partnership made in heaven.
