Lady was hollering for help, and the guy behind me, he kicked the door in and we pulled one guy out, and he was on the couch. There was a lot of smoke in there. Reporter paul said he was able to get the person to safety, and while that was happening, another neighbor saw the 18yearold in the window of the second floor and was confused as to why he wasnt jumping out, but he quickly realized the boy was trying to save his 13yearold brother. Reporter leaders had to activate the Emergency Operations center. This was after they started noticing there were issues with at t wireless customers just prior to 7 00. That led to activation later in the night. We want toshow you video where things were calm they were able to take in calls from pretty much everybody except those wireless customers. They set up backup numbers where they were able to reroute people. At t first alerted people around 9 50 that they were aware of issues to working to resolve the issue at and we cot problems here iserious medical 9 00 patient tonight which caused about a 10 or 15 minute delay.
