And groups that opposed this law said if a woman, for example, knew that her child would happen down syndrome, she would have to carry the pregnancy to term and could not seek an abortion. That is the provision that was struck down by the lower courts which the Supreme Court left intact today, they left intact the Lower Court Rulings that invalidated the provision.
