through the testimony of michael cohen, and also the testimony of donald trump. we want to actually try that issue. we want a judicial finding. and in order to get that, we ll need the testimony of donald trump and he will have to take a position as to the purpose of the agreement and he will either have to admit it or positive i.t. on it, either way he will be in a bad spot. and what does a bad spot look like? if donald trump is forced to admit what i think most thinking people in america know and that is he directed michael cohen to make a payment to stormy daniels for the purpose of gluiinfluenc the elect, what does success look like to you that the point? a judicial finding that the president is liable and criminally responsible for this? because we re not sure that he can be indicted. well, a determination as to on whether he is criminally liable would not be in our case
topsy-tur topsy-turvy. we re not talking about the domestic deals in the united stat states. you had this amazing statement yesterday when trump released the letter to kim from the president s office in south korea, the whole existential fate rests on the resolution of the north korea thing. they said we have no idea what has just happened and we re trying to figure out what the president of the united states means by this. we could talk domestically when you had the dreamers debate. what did he say? i ll get a great deal. nothing happened. after every school shooting, i m going to act on guns. everybody in the administration lets journalists across america know donald trump is going to make a deal on guns. never came. obamacare. he was going to give them a

you would actually think so. i warn democrats remember bill clinton they impeached him they didn t remove him from office. it was bad bad for republicans. brian: fires comey, has differing explanation lings, what happens afterwards gave the momentum for this deputy attorney general to come forward and say, look, i just want to get an special counsel to work this on the side. so the question is, is donald trump, these contradicting these people at some times. in other words, people contradicting him. is it full-time for him to step forward and start being his own counselor. have less press conferences wither sean spicer and sarah huckabee sanders and more with him? i think that s a really interesting idea. a lot of the americans less press conferences more just information from the white house. but i also want to let america know, you are looking at me right here, the media also pushes story lines to get ratings.
