Partners Michael Brower and Mark Fellwock, along with a group of investors “who care deeply about developing downtown Muskegon,” have announced their plans for 18th Amendment Spirits Co. in Muskegon, at 350 W. Western Ave. Brower is co-owner of Pigeon Hill Brewing Co. in Muskegon and a liquor law attorney, and Fellwock is the co-founder of Holland’s Coppercraft Distillery. The building is the former Savings and Loan in Muskegon and would house the distillery and tasting room.
