Taipei, Dec. 16 (CNA) Representatives of foreign chambers in Taiwan on Wednesday praised the planned change in the numbering of Alien Resident Certificates (ARC) and Alien Permanent Resident Certificates (APRC), saying it will make their lives in Taiwan more convenient. The policy makes more people feel that Taiwan is their home, said AmCham Taipei President Leo Seewald at a promotional event held by the National Immigration Agency (NIA).
