ACC-Ambuja Cement: Post Adani takeover, ACC-Ambuja Cement EBITDA rises to Rs 1,350/tonne

Adani Group has increased its EBITDA per tonne of cement from Rs 350 to Rs 1,350 since taking over ACC and Ambuja Cement in September 2022. The group plans to double its annual cement making capacity by 2027. The EBITDA margin is set to be raised to about 25%. The group aims to achieve a sale of 120 million tonne by March 2028, a topline of Rs 70,000 crore, and EBITDA of Rs 17,500 crore.
