Amber L. Moore, CPA, has been promoted to partner at
Goldblatt Bokoff LLC of Norwich. Moore, who joined the firm in 2011, has been active on various committees of the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants and was recently elected to the CTCPA Board of Directors and as Chair of the Advisory Council. She earned her Bachelor s and Master s degrees in Accounting at the University of Connecticut and is a 2019 graduate of the Eastern CT Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program.

Daniel J. Horgan will serve as president-elect of the Connecticut Bar Association. Officers were installed for the 2021-2022 bar year at its virtual annual meeting on June 15. Horgan is with the
