According to the Department of Defense, there are an estimated 20,000 military sexual assaults per year, but less than 1% result in convictions. Jacob Manning is a military sexual assault survivor and is advocating for laws to change while sharing his own story of healing.

NEW PORT RICHEY, Fla. â At 19-years-old, Jacob Manning dreamed of making the military a lifelong career.
