C.A. Sachin Sudhakar Ambekar and Dr. Ratnakar Narayan Phatak have been elected as the Chairman and Vice-Chairman of Kalyan Janata Sahakari Bank, elections for which were held on Wednesday. It is being said that all the winners owe allegiance to RSS. Ambekar and Phatak have replaced Adv. Suresh Patwardhan and Madhusuda Patil respectively from the post of Chairman and Vice-Chairman. The announcement was made on Wednesday by the Suresh Andhare, Assistant Registrar who was appointed as the returning officer to oversee the election process. The newly elected Chairman Ambekar had been on the board of the bank as the expert director since 2007 and for the first time he fought the election and became victorious.
