Not long ago, we celebrated together the 20th anniversary of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC): President Xi Jinping and President Macky Sall of Senegal issued a joint congratulatory message, and State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi sent a video message to the commemoration reception.
