that as long as new technology is cost-efficient, you move there. that s what happens when you raise the minimum wage, if i can get a robot that over the course that i amor ties it, i will move to the robot. if i could get the person in there for $7 an hour, i will stick with that. you can say borders would still be around if amazon didn t exist which was able to provide things at a cheaper rate because you do it over the internet, and it s not about whether you make 7 or $10. there are no travel agents anymore, and that was not because of minimum wage. i don t think borders and barnes & noble and tough times have gone out of business because of the workers in the store, and i think the whole internet argument was the case there. that s the point, it s technology, right? the internet changed how we do
