Due to the ongoing inclement winter weather situation affecting the region and the state s energy supply, the city of Amarillo s public health department will not release a COVID-19 report card Thursday or Friday with non-essential city facilities remaining closed through the end of the week.
According to previous Globe-News reports, the city joined the efforts of Potter County, Randall County and the city of Canyon to close non-essential offices the rest of the week to help conserve energy.
