In the next few years, Kigali City’s magnificence will get a boost with a 19-floor skyscraper, currently under construction. The green building is none other than Nobelia Tower, being erected at the opposite side of the parking nearby Rubangura building, close to the main roundabout in the city center.
It has been five years since Kigali City announced the construction of ‘Amarembo City Center’, a complex building which is comprised of architectural marvels expected to make the city’s skyline richer and more colourful.
