The United Way of Northeast Missouri (UWNEMO) will hold their annual meeting and awards ceremony on Thursday, Feb. 29 at 5:30 p.m. at the Dukum Inn side room.
The United Way of Northeast Missouri Drive Chair Amanda Selby spoke this week to the Thousand Hills Rotary Club. Selby presented on the impact that the United Way has on the community and how she has personally been impacted by the organization. Pictured is club president Ernie Loft presenting Selby with $1,000 donation to support the United Way. The $1,000 donation was made possible by the Reverse Raffle, the club s annual fundraiser. The Rotary Club of Kirksville-Thousand Hills meets on Thursdays at 7 a.m. at the Kirksville Aquatic Center, 801 E. Mill Street. Anyone who would like to learn more about the club, the monthly service projects, or Rotary International, a worldwide service organization, is welcome to attend.
The Kirksville Kiwanis Club welcomed Amanda Selby to speak at their Oct. 12 meeting. Selby is Director of the Board and 2024 Drive Chair for the United Way of Northeast Missouri.
