It s going to be very similar to how we operated last year. We re pre-selling our precooked lobsters. They re freshly cooked the day before, out of the East Coast, and flown into Estevan. So we are pre-selling the tickets. And then we ll have the lobsters available for pickup Saturday, June 19, from 12-3 p.m. in a drive-thru style, just in front of the (Power Dodge Curling Centre), Olsen said. Estevan city council has given the Rotary Club permission to use the curling club building and parking lot for Lobsterfest.
