April 08, 2021 - 5:51 PM A massive amount of smoke and flames have been seen in the Kamloops North Shore area. At roughly 5:35 p.m. Kamloops resident Eric Rankin said he was watching TV, when he saw a huge flame leap up into the sky followed by a massive cloud of smoke. Area residents are reporting a fire on Linden Avenue on the North Shore. Amanda Mansell, who lives in the area, said emergency crews are on scene at a house fire. She said she heard four loud bangs and it shook her house. There is smoke billowing out of a neighbour s backyard, she said.
