He was taken to Mercy Medical center where he died. 10 hours later. Police apprehended the man they believe to be responsible, 47year old eliase wanatee. Who was booked on 1st degree murder charges this afternoon. Wanatee has a previous criminal Second Degree murder conviction which he served 10 years for. Tim abc9s jess plue spoke to a some of those residents to find out what they have to say after the city board of adjustment ruled to move ahead in the process, at tuesdays Public Meeting at city hall, despite of the outcry from the community. Jess residents are still fired up for sure and want their position on the building of the cell tower. To be known.
