Alyze Nieves, 21, of 44 Franklin St., Apt. 6, was charged Thursday with interfering with an officer, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of narcotics with intent to sell, possession of narcotics with intent to sell within 1,500 feet of a school and operation of a drug factory.
