Winter Storm Malcom spawned damaging winds in the Northwest, blizzard conditions in the Midwest, dust storms in the Plains, moderate to heavy snow from the Midwest to northern New England and the South in mid-January, 2021.
Malcom mostly rode the Canadian border from the Pacific Northwest eastward to the Upper Midwest, where it spun from Jan. 14-15, then finally ejected eastward into the Northeast on Jan. 16.
