With its lease set to expire and rent on the rise, Fuel and Fuddle announced that May 26 will be its last day of business. The gastropub opened 27 years ago and has since become popular among students for its signature pizzas and wide selection of beer.
U.S. News & World Report ranked Pitt’s School of Education as the 27th best in the nation last month, placing it in the top 10% of education programs in the country. This marks a significant increase from just a few years ago in 2021, when the program was ranked 39th in the nation by U.S. News & World Report.
Through distinct African rhythms, colorful harmonies and energetic solos, Pitt’s Afropop Ensemble is introducing students to new sounds from Africa and the African diaspora. The ensemble is the newest out of Pitt’s music ensembles, founded in 2018.
