National Bureau of Investigation A suspected fake dentist has been arrested in Abuyog, Leyte, the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) said on Tuesday, Feb. 8. In a statement, the NBI identified the “fake” dentist as Alvin S. Sy who was arrested last Feb. 2 during an entrapment operation cond
