A total of 19,006 students from Karnataka, including 6,417 from Belagavi district, have applied for an entrance exam to be admitted to Alvas Kannada medium school in Moodbidri. The school is recognized as the top Kannada medium school in the state. The offline exam is scheduled for March 3rd. The school has received the highest number of applications to date, with around 300 available seats. The entrance exam is a rigorous process consisting of several rounds, including an interview with the institutions chairman, M Mohan Alva.
