It was shameful that some people blamed the parents and guardians for the death of 21 children at Enyobeni Tavern in Scenery Park, President Cyril Ramaphosa said on Wednesday. Speaking at their funeral service, he said those who made money from allowing young children access to liquor trading spots and breaking the law were to blame.
