非法穿越为什么屡禁不止？

野外扎营、与藏羚羊朝夕相处，这看起来是向往自然、融合自然的温馨画面。但极具讽刺的是，有人却选择了非法穿越、践踏自然的方式去实现。据媒体报道，四川成都一家旅行社以“科考”之名招募旅行团，拟从青海穿越进入阿尔金山国家级自然保护区核心区兔子湖内扎营围观藏羚羊产子。值得警醒和反思的是，这不是偶发事件。据公开报道，近年来这种非法穿越屡禁不止，并相继出现危险，引发大规模营救。
国家级自然保护区的核心区保留着接近原始状态的生态系统，是禁止一切人类活动的保护区域，其对生态涵养的价值不言而喻。非法穿越，“勇”闯禁区，首要诱因是猎奇心理。猎奇本来无害，但要警惕的是猎奇心理的反噬，让人走向违反自然、无视规则
