SANTO DOMINGO.- La Superintendencia del Mercado de Valores (SIMV) autorizó dos ofertas públicas de valores de renta fija.
Una de ellas corresponde a la oferta pública de valores de renta fija denominados “Bonos Corporativos” por un monto de hasta mil millones de pesos a Alpha Sociedad de Valores, S.A. Puesto de Bolsa.
En tanto, la segunda, “Bonos de Deuda Subordinada”, por un monto de hasta cinco mil millones a la Asociación Popular de Ahorros y Préstamos (APAP).
Dentro de las características, se encuentra que contarán con un vencimiento de hasta cinco años, contados a partir de la fecha de emisión y devengarán una tasa de interés fija anual en pesos dominicanos que se informará en el aviso de colocación primaria correspondiente.
