The connection between malaria transmission and climate change
A recent study led by the Barcelona Institute for Global Health focused on the debate that has been going on for several years around the correlation that exists between the transmission of malaria, a disease caused by the Plasmodium parasite and transmitted by the bite of infected mosquitoes, and regional climate change.
