Dwayne 'Difference Maker' Dupar has been a motivational speaker for over a decade and in March he signed on with RPSB to speak at schools and spread his positive message to students.
Most of the Rapides Parish educators honored Thursday evening gave their thanks through tears or humor to their families, students and others who helped them in their careers.
