Christine McCoy is the recipient of the Sussex County Association of Realtors Good Neighbor Award.

Adriane Gallagher was named Realtor of the Year for Sussex County and also received the Alma Ashley Rental Service Award.
The Sussex County Association of Realtors held its annual awards ceremony and installation of officers in a new way Dec. 11, with a drive-in, socially distanced event at Sandhill Fields in Georgetown.
