<p><span>The Commodity Futures Trading Commission today issued an order simultaneously filing and settling charges against The Options Clearing Corporation (OCC), a Chicago-based CFTC-registered derivatives clearing organization (DCO).</span><a id=" Hlk127440561" name=" Hlk127440561">&nbsp;</a><span>The order finds the respondent failed to establish, implement, maintain and enforce certain policies and procedures reasonably designed to manage the operational risks related to its automated systems in violation of the Commodity Exchange Act (CEA) and related CFTC regulations.&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></p>

<p><span>The Commodity Futures Trading Commission today announced it filed a&nbsp;complaint in the U.S. District Court for the&nbsp;Southern District of Florida against Florida resident&nbsp;Adam Todd&nbsp;and four companies he controlled &ndash;&nbsp;Digitex LLC,&nbsp;Digitex Limited,&nbsp;Digitex Software Limited, and&nbsp;Blockster Holdings Limited Corporation. The complaint alleges that Todd and his companies operated a digital asset exchange under the trade name &ldquo;Digitex Futures.&rdquo; Todd and Digitex Futures are charged with illegally offering futures transactions on a platform other than a designated contract market and also with attempting to manipulate the price of the Digitex Futures native token.</span></p>
