Signal Mountain residents complain town failed to communicate plans to install sewer pumps

Signal Mountain residents Ed and Allison Coach say they were unaware of plans to put a sewer pump near the end of their driveway until July 13, when a neighbor who serves on the town s Planning Commission informed them that members discussed the plans that night.
